If you haven't placed a custom order with us before, please Email us an inquiry to design your own custom ornaments and we will bill you an invoice rather than you placing an order on the site. You will be asked to send a picture of your late fur baby and we will discuss whether or not you want their name, a year or anything else engraved on the ornament.
This product will be sent lettermail. Letter mail is not tracked and is sent at the buyer's risk.
